a-It is very important to start your journey as early as you have a future plan. If you are a medical student try to get rid of it once you finish your basics, as this is the most period of time where these material will be fresh in your brain and you will not put much effort in memorizing them. However, if you would like to postpone it for later then make sure that you are giving yourself 4-6 month period of studying.
b-The next important point is in addition to the books you will be studying from is to have a sort of collection of tables or diagrams that help you remember the difficult things, you don't need to create your own but you can simply use those in First Aids and add your own notes to them as you further progress in your studying.
c-Solve MCQs daily whatever your subjects or amount already covered, and study the answers as they carry many key points that will help you perform better in later MCQ practice sessions as well as studying.
